Annual maintenance for gas furnaces should include a combustion analysis. This tells the trained service technician if there are any problems with your furnace, such as a cracked heat exchanger (which could result in carbon monoxide leaking into your house!) or defective gas valve or many other potential problems. Our service technicians will give you a copy of the combustion analysis, and review it with you to let you know that status of your gas equipment. A little prevention can go a long way to being safe in your home!
