• Detailed Confidential Inspection Report: Our technician will supply a report detailing condition of the equipment, and the costs (if any) to repair the equipment. How important is it to have the furnace inspected? Having a furnace inspected by a certified technician is the single-most important act a buyer can do. The ramifications of not having a certified technician inspect your furnace can be catastrophic. Consider the plight of a Stearn County, Minnesota family: they purchased a house with a defective furnace. Two of their children died as a result of carbon monoxide poisoning.
